My Dear Team,
I would like to congratulate each member of the "Chashma Family" on successful completion of crushing season 2022-23. During the Year we have faced several challenges like floods, Security unrest in the area and increasing inflation. The floods 2022 caused huge devastation in the area. I would particularly appreciate the resilience of all employees and their families who faced these trying moments of floods with courage and resolve. I am thankful to Almighty Allah that despite all odds He gave us strength and determination to work persistently. The sense of responsibility and commitment of our Team Members at all tiers is commendable an I am certain that by working hands in glove, we will continue to achieve the best.
